Throwing Since: 2019

Holding a long list of international victories in and outside the Aim Games, won across his five years of throwing, it’s safe to say Nenad is the premier Sports Throwing athlete of Serbia. As both an athlete and an instructor of the sport, Nenad makes it a point to learn every way to throw a knife, but his favorite by far is the no-spin category, and he even tells us “my special skill is throwing a fork using a no-spin style”. Nenad is not just a throwing athlete but a throwing family man, as all members of the Radovic household are talented throwers. His wife, Leonida, earned the top score among all females in a previous Aim Games tournament.

The Godfather has been competing in our tournaments since K12, citing Aim Games star Marcus Pehart as his greatest influence in establishing his Sports Throwing career, “my friend from Sweden Marcus Pehart introduced me to UKAT and the Aim Games, and since then I started competing and those games helped me improve my skills and win valuable prizes”. When asked about his favorite thing about the Aim Games, Nenad tell us its both the beginning of the games for the excitement and adrenaline, and the very end for the feelings of accomplishment and the amazing prizes.

Nickname Backstory:

“I got it while doing kickboxing for 12 years because my godfather was a coach and I was a second coach in the club so everyone called us like that”.

Advice To New Throwers:

“You should play for the love of this sport. Devote some time to training and be open to learning from others”.
